Gender pay gap

Our latest Pay Gap information was submitted to the UK government, using a snapshot date of 5 April 2023.

At that date:
– Women earned 27% lower than men as a 'mean' average, or 34% lower as a 'median' average
– For every £1 men earned as a bonus, women earned £2
– 0.9% of men in the company earned a bonus
– 3.7% of women in the company earned a bonus
