Smart labs innovation

The Smart labs mission is to apply behavioural economics and user-centred design to help members engage with their pensions and make informed decisions about their financial futures.

How it works

Invitation

We invite a segment of Smart Pension Master Trust members to participate in a beta trial.

Participation

We use analytics and AB tests to understand the effectiveness of our designs.

Feedback cycles

We use our findings to make improvements. Successful betas get launched on the Smart platform.
